Hello! I would like to leave my feedback regarding the order 110003248929. Firstly, I wanted to mention that I placed the order on 11 of November, but delivery was on 23 November, which means that the order was delivered 9 working days instead of 2-4 as it was indicated initially. Then I noticed that insoles are different: in left boot it’s soft and with sign “Lasocki”, and in right it’s smooth with sign “Mexx”. What can you offer me in this situation, given that I wore them already?
